Responsibilities
- Implement sales strategy and ensure the company meets revenue and profit objectives through targeted prospecting of mid-size and large accounts
- Manage the transition of new accounts to designated Recruiter
- Develop new business primarily through in-person contacts, phone follow-up, and presentations
Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of successful sales experience
- Proven self-starter with energy and motivation to find, develop and close sales leads
- Must be results oriented and driven by both financial and career opportunities
- Knowledge of Allied Health, Human Resources, Sales, Information Technology, or the Administrative Services fields.
- Strong time management skills are a must
- Willing to work on a 100% commission basis.
Note* This is an Independent Contractor/Consultant opportunity. All consultants will be responsible for their own benefits as well as tax deductions and will receive a 1099 form for filing purposes.
